Hermitage Road Cellars is home to the largest
winery in the Hunter Valley with an annual crush of 7,000 tonnes of
grapes giving something in the region of 7 million bottles of wine a
year. Grapes are brought from all over the Hunter Valley as well as
Mudgee, Central West NSW and interstate to be processed in our
state-of-the-art winery.
Seven days a week at 9.00am we conduct our
Hunter Valley Wine School, a 2 hour tour and tutorial including a
guided tour of the winery with an experienced guide to explain exactly
what goes on behind the scenes. Click here

We also run a tour of the vineyard twice a day
at 11am and 2pm. These fascinating tours last about an hour each and
conclude with a tasting of some of the wine produced on-site. |
