Hunter Resort is Pokolbin's first and only boutique brewery.
It is where the amazing Bluetongue story began in 2001.
A glass wall is the only separation between you at the bar and the brewery.
Quality wine and boutique beer are most compatible and what better way to finish a hard day of tasting in the Hunter Valley Wine Country than with a cleansing beer..
Try the unique Beer Tasting Paddle with
accompanying notes for each of the brews. Laze away the afternoon
listening to great music. Maybe a quick game of pool, or something
delicious off the blackboard menu.
Also
onsite is the Hunter Wine Theatre, Wine School, San Martino
Restaurant, the Hermitage Road Winetasting Cellars, Horse riding, and
Sally Margan’s Heavenly Hunter Massage Centre. 
Many styles of beer are available including the unique Alcoholic Ginger Beer,
Traditional Pilsner and the sensational premium Lager.
