Hunter Valley helicopter Cooking School

Pick up from your Sydney hotel in a brand new luxury Range Rover and then straight to Heli-Hunter’s own terminal at Sydney Airport.

Your helicopter flight cruises over Sydney Harbour before heading over the northern beaches and onto the Hunter Valley Wine Country.

On arrival is the walking tour of the Hunter Resort Vineyard, learn all about how wine is made at the Hunter Wine Theatre, and if the client is interested, visit to the Binnorie Dairy adjacent – arguably the best Cheese-maker in the Hunter Valley.

Then it’s down to the serious business of lunch.  The Hunter Valley “Hands On” Cooking School to be precise.

Join Phillip Collis and his team to experience the fun & entertaining Hunter Valley Cooking School in their purpose built Cooking School Kitchen with Library.

This is a ‘Hands On’ experience with all dishes being prepared from scratch using local organic produce. Recipes are provided and the dishes prepared are enjoyed over lunch, each course matched to an outstanding Hunter Valley wine.

There are a range of menu styles and options to choose. The day’s schedule is for 2 pax only and is from A$1855.00 per person.

9.00am             Pick up from your Sydney hotel by luxury Range Rover

9.45am            Helicopter cruises over Sydney Harbour before heading over the northern beaches and onto the Hunter Valley Wine Country.

10.30am          Walking tour of the Hunter Resort Vineyards followed by the Hunter Wine Theatre Experience and visit to the Binnorie Dairy.

11.00am          COOKING SCHOOL KITCHEN- Dishes chosen and Recipe formulated. Guests prepare and cook dishes with our Executive Chef

1.00pm            Sit down lunch in the Library and enjoy each course matched to outstanding Hunter Valley wines.

2.30pm            Return flight to Sydney airport

3.15pm            Transfer from airport by Range Rover to your Sydney hotel by 4.00pm
