Winery Tour
Vineyard Inspection, Tutorial & Tasting
Hunter Valley Wine Theatre
Daily at 11am & 2pm.
A short 15 minute visual presentation on the history of the Hunter,
grape growing, harvesting, right through to the making of wine. Then,
the Cellarmaster will take you through a structured tasting of 4 of
the Hunter’s best wines. $30 per person.
Hunter Valley Wine School
Daily at 9am - a 2 hour informal tutorial with a
personalised certificate. Bookings essential. $50 per person.
Bluetongue Brewery Cafe
Open daily from 10am. The Beer Tasting Paddle is a must.
Souvenirs
Riedel Crystal, decanters, glassware, wine
accessories, Bluetongue accessories, Pukara Estate & Oliomio oils
and olives together with Hunter Valley Chocolate Company produce.
